Pastel Colored Pedicure Nail Art Design!

Here is the pedicure I did on Easter weekend. I know it's a little late, but I am still going to post it since it has Spring colors. I had a really difficult time taking the pictures for some reason =/ but I think I managed to get two out of the bunch. =) I am really happy to finally get my hands on those dot like nail art decorations If you have ever checked out NailsUp, Nail Venus, or any other Japanese nail art magazine, you are already aware of how often they use these dots in their designs & I was totally jealous I didn't have any! lol I seriously searched online everywhere and was finally able to find a good deal on ebay!

Purple Color: Sally Hansen "Lacey Lilac"
Blue Crackle Color: China Glaze "Crushed Candy"
Mint Color: Sally Hansen "Mint Sorbet"
Pink Color: Wet'N'Wild "Tickled Pink"

Spring Time Pedicure Nail Art Design | Bedding Inspired

Here is my latest pedicure. It is spring themed and it was actually inspired from a comforter I saw on Target's website. Bedding might seem like quite an odd place to draw inspiration from, but I encourage you to take a look at some bedding or even fabrics. Their designs can be easily created by layering nail stamping images like I did here. There was a few other comforters I wanted to try to create nail designs for, like this one that I have the perfect image for on my first set of BM image plates. Surprisingly, I do not have a nude polish (I will fix that though) so that design will have to wait. =P Here is a list of the products I used...

Light Pink Color: Essie "Van D'Go" (well it is more of a light peach color)
Bright Pink Color: Wet'N'Wild "Tickled Pink"
Light Purple Color: China Glaze "Spontaneous"
Dark Purple Color: Pure Ice "Scandal"
Image Plate: BM 15
Rhinestones & Hexagons: Ebay.com

KONAD PEDICURE | Pink & Black Leopard Nail Art Design & TUTORIAL!!

I love this pedi! I think it's my favorite one I did so far. I was even more excited when it finally started to get warm and this was the first pedi I got to wear with flip flops this season!! =D I also wanted to do tutorials for some of my pedi's, but I wasn't really thrilled about having my feet on YouTube. So instead I think I am going to do pic tutorials for my pedi's. Since this post is very pic heavy, I'm going to shut up now and let you know the products I used so we can get to the tutorial. lol

Sparkly & Starry Glitter Pedicure Design

Blue Color: Milani - "Blue Flash"
Stars, Rhinestones, & Beads: Ebay.com, DollarNailArt.com, Joanns.com

I recently bought some new polishes and Milani's "Blue Flash" was one of them. This polish reminds me of a color Alice would wear in her Wonderland. Well this color and OPI's "Absolutely Alice"- but sadly that color isn't a part of my collection so this is the closest to wonderland I'll get. lol The first picture I took in the shade and is more color accurate to this polish. But I just had to see what this color looked like in the sun- which was a light show spectacular-although for some reason my camera picked up a darker less sparkly color. This color was pretty enough to wear on its own, but if you know me, I just had to add something on there. I figured a star design would work good with the colors. What do you think?

KONAD PEDICURE| Cute Spring Bright Pink & Blue Pedicure Nail Art Design

This is my latest Konad pedicure. I did a design very similar to this a while back, but never took pics. =( So since the colors worked well for Spring, and since Spring officially starts tomorrow- I figured this would be the perfect time to try this pedicure out again. I LOVE this color combo and have some manis planned out for summer with the same color scheme.

2nd Pink Color: Sally Hansen "LCD" 2 coats

Saint Patrick's Day Pedicure Nail Art Design

Here is my St. Patrick's Day pedicure. I figured I would do a pedicure to give you some inspiration before I posted my mani. For the big toe, I used a sponging technique to make the colors fade and just added some rhinestones & other embelishments, the second toe is just medium green and glitter, middle toe is dark green with beads, 4th toe is light green with small green hexagons, and the baby toe is just dark green and glitter. Here are the products I used ...

Light Green Color: Sinful Colors "Innocent"
Medium Green Color: Sinful Colors "Irish Green"
Dark Green Color: Sinful Colors "San Fransico"
Green Glitter: Sinful Colors "Call You Later"
Rhinestones, Beads, Hexagons: Joanns.com Ebay.com DollarNailArt.com

Have you done your St. Patrick's Day pedicure yet? If so, leave a link to your post in the comments, I would love to see it!

KONAD PEDICURE DESIGN | Cute Spring Pedicure Nail Art Design

I wanted to do a pedicure for spring time with pretty light spring colors, but I was stumped on ideas. That is until I saw this design on Ivana's Blog and completely fell in love with the color combo and the design. I loved it so much I had to do it right away & I put my own lil spin on the design by adding a few silver beads.

**the design is much prettier up close**

I just couldn't resist the urge to buy China Glaze's Crackle polish. I remember crackle polishes back in the day and I was so excited to see them make a come back. I didn't want to re-paint my nails yet so I figured this would be the perfect time to do a pedicure.

KONAD PEDICURE | Summer Sunburst Nail Art Design

I wanted to do more of a spring pedicure, but the colors and design I think are better for summer. I loved the sunburst/flower image and wanted to use it for a while, it also has a perfect spot in the middle for a rhinestone, so I just couldn't resist.

PEDICURE NAIL ART DESIGNS | Black & White Pedicure

Ignore the pink fuzzy from my sock on the close up picture. lol I didn't even notice it till I got the pics uploaded on the computer and zoomed in. haha.

White Color: Sinful Colors "Snow Me White"
Black Color: Sinful Colors "Black On Black"
Gray Color: Pure Ice "Kiss Me Here"
Rhinestones, Pearls, Hexagons: DollarNailArt.com, Joanns.com, Ebay.com

I need to post more pedicure designs, especially since most of my top viewed posts are for "pedicure" searches. Actually, I just need to paint my toenails more often, I wait weeks at a time to change the polish on my toes! =\ But to my defense, it is still winter so NO ONE sees my feet, except for my boyfriend. lol So definately as it starts to get warmer & flip flops become the shoe of choice again, I will be posting more pedicure designs. In the meantime, I don't want to waste any of my precious rhinestones and nail art decorations painting my toenails once or twice a week. So maybe, depending on how much free time I have, I'll try to post a pedicure design once or twice a month.

Foil Nail Art | African Jade Pedicure

Foils tend to crinkle like in the picture above when you apply certain types of top coats over them. For example, fast drying top coats. I have tested out all my top coats && all of them crinkle. I need to do some research and find one that will work the best. Let me know if you tried anything that works. Overall I think the foils apply very nicely, but the hard part is timing when to put the foils on the adhesive. I've put them on too soon and too late, so you have to do some trail & error before you can get the hang of it.

Base "Mint Green" Color: Sinful Colors "Mint Apple"

Nail Foil and Adhesive: "African Jade" Nail foil from Dollar Nail Art.com

Rhinestones: Sally's & Joanns

Pretty Pedicure

Base Color: Pure Ice "Feeling Hot"
Glitter Color: Hard Candy "Break Up"

I bought 3 new nail polishes yesterday. 1 of the 2 was Hard Candy in "Break Up" which is a clear polish with large holographic hexagon like glitter. Whenever I get a new nail polish, I do a few swatches on a paper plate and do a few tests runs to figure out which combinations I like best. This polish's glitter has a different effect with each nail polish you put under it. I like this combination the best since I felt like they complimented eachother very well. There is a little bit of a rough texture after this nail polish dries, but I was still able to stamp over it.
